Overview
As the flagship conference of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, the International Robotics & Automation Conference brings together the world's top researchers and most important companies to share ideas and advances in the field. The theme, Connect, invites to foster relationships on many levels - between different industries, fields, and mindsets.
Solution
The design challenge was to propose a new feel and look for the event that portrays its forward-thinking mission. The distinctive color palette and the combination of a modular display typeface, Disclaimer, with a monospace, Space Mono, highlight the attractive, futuristic focus of the event. Futura PT, Tiny, and Roboto Slab complement the typeface selection. The conference theme logo and the leading graphic motif were created to elevate the event branding and help voice its focus on making the complex technology attractive and user-friendly.
